A tricky one! This project leadership role required a great deal of flexibility and shapeshifting to get this complex experience launched and facilitated. I led every aspect with my co-pilot Paras Memon, including researching how we could best serve creators, by running interviews with some of the brightest minds around the world - to figure out what was holding them back from sharing their knowledge.

After marketing the program, we interviewed our shortlisted applicants, created and delivered the workshops and learning content, and mentored our creators throughout the process online, using a mixture of Slack, Google Meet, Figjam and Notion.

12 creators were guided through the program, designed to help them build high-quality technical and creative courses while also having the flexibility and support to make whatever they wanted, on their own schedules. Collaboration was crucial - course creation can be a lonely experience, and happy creators make the best content! So we fostered an environment centered around learning from and supporting each other via collaborative group sessions, held across 11 different time zones.

I personally mentored creators on courses such as Advanced Squarespace Tools, The Responsible Technology Toolkit, Presenting Persuasively, and Intro to Full Stack JavaScript. The co-ownership model fostered a community-driven approach to content creation, aligning incentives between creators, the SuperHi community, and the platform itself.

Superhi Plus successfully helped educators develop impactful courses and get paid directly from students. The program was recognised for its innovative approach, earning an Honorable Mention from Awwwards. It not only delivered high-quality content but also established SuperHi as an innovate leader in the online learning space.
